Great stay in Derry! A quaint location, close to all the things to do in New England. The home was very clean and beautifully remodeled. If you’ll be visiting the Manchester/Boston area, this is where you need to be!

Amazing spot! Great view for morning coffee, lots of places to walk to, music across street at the library during week, great parking too! Your cleaner did an amazing job!

My family of 4 loved our stay at Evan and Rachel’s place. It was the right size for us and very cozy with everything we could possibly need for two nights. We liked being close to the Seacoast and Manchester which made getting around southern NH very easy.

We enjoyed our stay in Derry! The location was perfect for the event we were attending. There was plenty of space for our family to stay and the kitchen/appliances were an added bonus. We would recommend staying at this location!

Space was great for our family of 5. Restaurants within walking distance. 20mins or so from Canobie Lake & Tuscan Markets. Backyard was large and had plenty of space for the 4units in the building.

Easy to find, right off the road and easy parking. The description of the house and how to get in was very well done - my daughter and I had no issues. Felt very safe and private.

This was my second stay at this great property and I know I’ll be back. It’s the perfect location. Comfortable and spacious. I travel for work and there’s a great place to focus on the lower floor that looks out on a beautiful view. I’m a HUGE fan.

Our stay at Evan and Rachel’s Airbnb was wonderful. The views into the backyard and golf course were very peaceful with a morning coffee. You wouldn’t even know that the home is on a main road with how private it felt. If we stayed longer we would’ve definitely used the hot tub! Wonderful amenities & extras we appreciated the comfortable stay & would love to come back in the future! Thank you again! Brooke
