Cozy up during your next trip to southern NH! Built in 1910, the home has been completely renovated. The Loft is a combination of elegance and comfort from the walls of windows that flood the space with light and scenic conservation/golf course views to the spacious backyard that is perfect for a peaceful escape. It is 5 minutes from i-93 and a short drive to Canobie Lake Park, Manchester Airport, and about an hour to Boston, the NH Seacoast, NH Lakes Region and the White mountains.

The Loft boasts spectacular conservation and golf course views through its walls of windows, a charming cherry and granite kitchen, smart TVs, comfy couches and a shared but spacious backyard with a fire table (seasonal) and swing set for families. Fire appliances are seasonal. Watching the weather roll in across the fields from this perch and the array of birds that visit the nearby feeders is a favorite pastime. This bright and airy, open concept apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen with a living area and a sunroom/sitting area. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has two twin-size beds both with additional twin trundles. Each bedroom and the main room have individual heating and AC controls for your comfort. The bathroom has a tub/shower with strong water pressure. The kitchen is new and modern and has all of the appliances you need for your stay. We are engaging aggressive cleaning and disinfecting measures including ozone treatment in between guests per recommendation of an IAQ specialist. There is onsite parking for 2-3 cars. Neighborhood

Within walking distance, the quaint main street has plenty of good restaurants, coffee shops, wine and cheese shop, antique and thrift stores, convenient store, ice cream stand, a public Library with a park, and a country club with a 9 hole golf course. In the summer, there are weekly free concerts in the park and a farmer’s market. In the winter, the backyard is the entrance to a snowshoeing or cross-country skiing adventure and not far from New England skiing and ice fishing.

Me and my girlfriend stayed two nights and absolutely loved this quiet getaway. The house was clean and well put together for the guests. The only issue we had was the hot tub control panel was broken. However, Evan and Rachel responded immediately and had the control panel replaced within the hour. They have a special way of making you feel like you are the only client due to their fast responses and ability to communicate effectively. This is perfect house if you’re looking for a peaceful escape for a few days. Evan and Rachel made us feel cared for and exceeded our expectations.

It was a great experience. We had a girl weekend and we enjoyed every moment. The hosts are very kind and responsive. They sent us a very clear instruction before our stay and they already answered all the questions we might have. The second bedroom was barely enough for 4 people but it was all clear on the listing, it wasn’t a surprise for us. The house was very clean and warm when we arrived. The hot tub was also very enjoyable. Thank you for the great stay!
