Cozy up during your next trip to southern NH! Built in 1910, the home has been completely renovated. The Studio is a combination of elegance and comfort from the walls of windows that flood the space with light and scenic conservation/golf course views to the spacious backyard that is perfect for a peaceful escape. It is 5 minutes from i-93 and a short drive to Canobie Lake Park, Manchester Airport, and about an hour to Boston, the NH Seacoast, NH Lakes Region and the White mountains.

The Hideaway boasts a charming and cozy atmosphere with hints of retro strewn throughout, smart TV and a spacious backyard with a SHARED hot tub, fire table, and swingset for families. Fire appliances are seasonal. This cozy studio apartment has everything you need for your stay. There are 3 beds: 2 Full and 1 Twin with memory foam topper stored in the closet. We are engaging aggressive cleaning and disinfecting measures including ozone treatment in between guests per recommendation of an IAQ specialist. There is off-street parking for two cars. Please reach out to the host if you will need additional parking.

Other Details to Note

Please note: the hot tub is SHARED with 3 other Airbnbs on the property. Hot tub hours are 10am-8pm and is reservation only, outside must be quiet after 8pm. We provide the reservation link after booking. Only guests on the reservation are allowed on the property without express permission before arrival from the host. PARTIES/EVENTS This is a beautiful spot to celebrate a party or event. If you would like to book for a party or event (e.g. wedding parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, other events etc.), please contact the host and provide clear details of the nature of the event (e.g. event type, no. of guests, etc). Any type of event or party requires booking the whole property. This provides you exclusive access to the outside (hot tub, yard, fire table etc) and parking. Only guests on the reservation are permitted on the property. - Review and follow hot tub rules in house manual.

Neighborhood

Within walking distance, the quaint main street has plenty of good restaurants, coffee shops, wine and cheese shop, antique and thrift stores, convenient store, ice cream stand, a public Library with a park, and a country club with a 9 hole golf course. In the summer, there are weekly free concerts in the park and a farmer’s market. In the winter, the backyard is the entrance to a snowshoeing or cross-country skiing adventure and not far from New England skiing and ice fishing.

Guest access

Guests will have sole access to the Hideaway apartment and shared use of the backyard with hot tub, sitting areas, fire pits, and swing set.

The place was extremely clean and had everything you would have needed. I had a long stay there (4 weeks) and Evan and Rachel were so kind to offer if I needed fresh linens or a restock on anything. I would 100% recommend to anyone who wants to stay in the area!

Extremely comfortable and cozy stay here! It was the perfect size for 2 people. Very clean, aesthetically pleasing, and homey. My next trip to New Hampshire I will be booking this.
