Cozy up during your next trip to southern NH! Built in 1910, the home has been completely renovated. The Riesling is a combination of elegance and comfort from the walls of windows that flood the space with light and scenic conservation/golf course views to the spacious backyard that is perfect for a peaceful escape. It is 5 minutes from i-93 and a short drive to Canobie Lake Park, Manchester Airport, and about an hour to Boston, the NH Seacoast, NH Lakes Region and the White mountains.

Good to know

The apartment boasts a comfortable and modern atmosphere with hints of Europe strewn throughout, smart TV, new mattresses, and a shared but spacious backyard with a fire table, and swing set for families. Fire appliances are seasonal. This bright, airy and open concept apartment has everything you need for your stay. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living area, kitchen and reading spot. The master bedroom has 1 queen bed and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. The bathroom has a tub/shower with strong water pressure. The kitchen is new and modern and has all of the appliances you need for your stay. We are engaging aggressive cleaning and disinfecting measures including ozone treatment in between guests per recommendation of an IAQ specialist. There is onsite parking for two cars. Within walking distance, the quaint main street has plenty of good restaurants, coffee shops, wine and cheese shop, antique and thrift stores, convenient store, ice cream stand, a public Library with a park, and a country club with a 9 hole golf course. In the summer, there are weekly free concerts in the park and a farmer’s market. In the winter, the backyard is the entrance to a snowshoeing or cross-country skiing adventure and not far from New England skiing and ice fishing.

Easy to find, right off the road and easy parking. The description of the house and how to get in was very well done - my daughter and I had no issues. Felt very safe and private.

This was my second stay at this great property and I know I’ll be back. It’s the perfect location. Comfortable and spacious. I travel for work and there’s a great place to focus on the lower floor that looks out on a beautiful view. I’m a HUGE fan.

Our stay at Evan and Rachel’s Airbnb was wonderful. The views into the backyard and golf course were very peaceful with a morning coffee. You wouldn’t even know that the home is on a main road with how private it felt. If we stayed longer we would’ve definitely used the hot tub! We had such a lovely and quiet stay at the Riesling Retreat and would head back in a heartbeat! Evan and Rachel were perfect hosts, we had everything we needed and then some: well stocked kitchen + coffee, tea, oil/vinegar, spices, etc. The best was the view over the lawn, the marshes, and the golf course in the distance—especially at sunrise and sunset…mmm!

We had a wonderful stay here. Evan and Rachel's instructions were clear and accurate. This place was so peaceful, comfortable and easy. It's in the best spot, close enough to town center and the highway but you'd never know it. The marsh behind the yard is so peaceful it made for a very rejuvenating spot to be between plans. Evan and Rachel’s place was more than we could have asked for! It was nearby the Main Street where everything was walking distance and accessible. It was the perfect spot for my partner and I to get away from the city life and unwind.

Väldigt trevligt boende som låg fint till. Vi hälsade på vår son som spelar hockey i Northern Cyclones så det var bara 15 min till ishallen. Det fanns rekommendationer på restauranger och sevärdheter i en fin välkomst pärm som vi hade stor nytta av. Vi åkte till White Mountain och isgrottorna som var väl värt ett besök.

The name "Reisling Retrea" truly matches the feel and aura of this location. We felt right at home. The layout was spacious and the necessities easily available. The hot tub was a super bonus... outdoors and already heated, and full size. Evan and Rachel were responsive to all questions. The local area was easy to navigate and the scenery right out the back door was majestic. It lent to enjoying watching the colors of sky break in the morning as the back windows looks directly in the east. Highly recommend this location and the hosts. Just amazing!

We had a great stay here and the check-in was smooth. The home was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable visit. The location was nice and people in the other apartments were very quiet and respectful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
