The Riesling is a combination of elegance and comfort from the walls of windows that flood the space with light and scenic conservation/golf course views to the spacious backyard that is perfect for a peaceful escape. It is 5 minutes from i-93 and a short drive to Canobie Lake Park, Manchester Airport, and about an hour to Boston, the NH Seacoast, NH Lakes Region and the White mountains.

The apartment boasts a comfortable and modern atmosphere with hints of Europe strewn throughout, smart TV, new mattresses, and a spacious backyard with a shared hot tub, fire table, and swing set for families. Fire appliances are seasonal. This bright, airy and open concept apartment has everything you need for your stay. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living area, kitchen and reading spot. The master bedroom has 1 queen bed and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. The bathroom has a tub/shower with strong water pressure. The kitchen is new and modern and has all of the appliances you need for your stay. We are engaging aggressive cleaning and disinfecting measures including ozone treatment in between guests per recommendation of an IAQ specialist. There is off-street parking for two cars. Please note: the hot tub is SHARED with 3 other Airbnbs on the property. Hot tub hours are 10am-8pm and is reservation only, outside must be quiet after 8pm. We provide the reservation link after booking. Only guests on the reservation are allowed on the property without express permission before arrival from the host. PARTIES/EVENTS This is a beautiful spot to celebrate a party or event. If you would like to book for a party or event (e.g. wedding parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, other events etc.), please contact the host and provide clear details of the nature of the event (e.g. event type, no. of guests, etc). Any type of event or party requires booking the whole property. This provides you exclusive access to the outside (hot tub, yard, fire table etc) and parking. Within walking distance, the quaint main street has plenty of good restaurants, coffee shops, wine and cheese shop, antique and thrift stores, convenient store, ice cream stand, a public Library with a park, and a country club with a 9 hole golf course. In the summer, there are weekly free concerts in the park and a farmer’s market. In the winter, the backyard is the entrance to a snowshoeing or cross-country skiing adventure and not far from New England skiing and ice fishing.
