Cozy up during your next trip to southern NH! Built in 1910, this apartment has been completely renovated. Meadowview is a combination of elegance and comfort from the walls of windows that flood the space with light and scenic conservation/golf course views to the spacious backyard that is perfect for a peaceful escape. It is 5 minutes from i-93 and a short drive to Canobie Lake Park, Manchester Airport, and about an hour to Boston, the NH Seacoast, NH Lakes Region and the White mountains.

The apartment boasts a comfortable and modern atmosphere with a smart TV, new mattresses, and a shared but spacious backyard with a fire table and swing set for families. Fire appliances are seasonal. This bright, airy and open concept apartment has everything you need for your stay. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living area, kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom has 1 king bed and the other bedrooms have 1 full and 1 queen bed. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower with strong water pressure. The master bedroom has a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is new and modern and has all of the appliances you need for your stay. We are engaging aggressive cleaning and disinfecting measures including ozone treatment in between guests per recommendation of an IAQ specialist. There is onsite parking for two cars. This home was clean, spacious, and cozy. Beautiful views, felt private, was nicely furnished! Not a cheap-feeling Airbnb. The coffee was a nice touch! This stay was the highly of my family’s roadtrip.

Evan and Rachel’s place was an awesome stay while visiting a few fall spots in surrounding states. It provided a relaxing retreat after full days of sightseeing! I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking in the area.

Evan and Rachel’s place was a cute little spot with plenty of room for us to enjoy some family time together. Although our stay was short, the kitchen had everything we needed to put together a meal, and the small patio was a lovely place to relax. Just a quick stroll across the street brought us into a charming neighborhood that was great for walking. Evan and Rachel were very responsive, and the apartment was spotless and convenient to all of our activities. We’d definitely stay again!

This was the perfect stay for a fall roadtrip. Coffee on the back porch overlooking the fields was so peaceful, and it was a good drive to Salem, Boston and Portland Maine. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was great. Would definitely stay here again

This was a great stay! The place was as listed and cozy. The deck was a great spot to sit and hang out. It had everything we needed and more! I would definitely recommend this spot. It's walking distance to town which has great places to eat. The diner Mary Anne's is a really awesome place for breakfast. Evan and Rachel were great hosts. Responsive and very clear cut instructions for everything.
