Vacation Rentals in Downtown Derry NH

Space was great for our family of 5. Restaurants within walking distance. 20mins or so from Canobie Lake & Tuscan Markets. Backyard was large and had plenty of space for the 4units in the building.

Easy to find, right off the road and easy parking. The description of the house and how to get in was very well done - my daughter and I had no issues. Felt very safe and private.

This was my second stay at this great property and I know I’ll be back. It’s the perfect location. Comfortable and spacious. I travel for work and there’s a great place to focus on the lower floor that looks out on a beautiful view. I’m a HUGE fan.

Our stay at Evan and Rachel’s Airbnb was wonderful. The views into the backyard and golf course were very peaceful with a morning coffee. You wouldn’t even know that the home is on a main road with how private it felt. If we stayed longer we would’ve definitely used the hot tub! Wonderful amenities & extras we appreciated the comfortable stay & would love to come back in the future! Thank you again! Brooke

We had a lovely one week stay at Evan and Rachel‘s. My adult daughter and I were there to visit both sets of my very elderly parents and the space was perfectly positioned between their homes. It also a peaceful vacation home for us to return to after a long day of visiting. Both parents stopped by and they also loved the place, the decor, the openness, the cleanliness, and of course the gorgeous view out the back door where the groundhog and the bunnies played. We will be trying to stay there again. The only challenges were slight, were the upstairs neighbors occasionally there are apartments all around. Sometimes the hot water was slow to come on. And we did pretty much have to stock the full fridge, condiments, etc., for our stay, but still it was wonderful and we would book it again in a hot minute. Perfect stay and thank you to Evan and Rachel.

Evan and Rachel communicated clearly and proactively. Always checked in to see how things were going and also accommodated my late checkout request. It’s a nice, clean and safe place with easy access to everything.

We very much appreciate being able to stay here. It was very clean and tidy. There are thoughtful touches, including sanitary paper over the toilet seat. We would stay here again.

Evan and Rachel were great hosts, very helpful and responsive. Their place was beautiful, very clean and in a great location. I would definitely consider staying here again if needed!

Was there visiting for a Christian conference, and it was the perfect place to have some alone and peaceful time after long and busy days. Very clear instructions on where to park, how to get inside of the apartment, and check out. I was staying alone, so the space was perfect for me. Location was great and near several places to eat and shop. I would definitely recommend this place to someone looking for a peaceful place to stay while visiting Derry and the surrounding areas.

What a fantastic find! My toddler and I came down for a few days from Vermont. We were MORE than comfortable. I was able to pick up a grocery order from Shaw’s in a hot second because the location is perfect. Made dinner, spent time with family, went to Hood Park and played in the rain. We didn’t get a chance to book the hot tub but will definitely be back. Hoodcroft Golf Course as a view is NOT bad at all. With the wetlands there, you could spot tons of birds. The tulips on the grounds are popping. And the magnolia in the front! 😍 We communicated with the hosts a few different times and the responded promptly and with the exact information we were seeking. We hope to be back soon!
