Cozy up during your next trip to southern NH! Built in 1910, this apartment has been completely renovated. Meadowview is a combination of elegance and comfort from the walls of windows that flood the space with light and scenic conservation/golf course views to the spacious backyard that is perfect for a peaceful escape. It is 5 minutes from i-93 and a short drive to Canobie Lake Park, Manchester Airport, and about an hour to Boston, the NH Seacoast, NH Lakes Region and the White mountains.

The apartment boasts a comfortable and modern atmosphere with a smart TV, new mattresses, and a shared but spacious backyard with a fire table and swing set for families. Fire appliances are seasonal. This bright, airy and open concept apartment has everything you need for your stay. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living area, kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom has 1 king bed and the other bedrooms have 1 full and 1 queen bed. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower with strong water pressure. The master bedroom has a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is new and modern and has all of the appliances you need for your stay. We are engaging aggressive cleaning and disinfecting measures including ozone treatment in between guests per recommendation of an IAQ specialist. There is onsite parking for two cars. Space was great for our family of 5. Restaurants within walking distance. 20mins or so from Canobie Lake & Tuscan Markets. Backyard was large and had plenty of space for the 4units in the building.

We had a lovely one week stay at Evan and Rachel‘s. My adult daughter and I were there to visit both sets of my very elderly parents and the space was perfectly positioned between their homes. It also a peaceful vacation home for us to return to after a long day of visiting. Both parents stopped by and they also loved the place, the decor, the openness, the cleanliness, and of course the gorgeous view out the back door where the groundhog and the bunnies played. We will be trying to stay there again. The only challenges were slight, were the upstairs neighbors occasionally there are apartments all around. Sometimes the hot water was slow to come on. And we did pretty much have to stock the full fridge, condiments, etc., for our stay, but still it was wonderful and we would book it again in a hot minute. Perfect stay and thank you to Evan and Rachel.
